Caldera, located at The Orchards Niseko, is a vibrant and lively restaurant that serves the community year round. The menu focuses on large-format sharing plates, accompanied by market-driven sides to be enjoyed family style. Paired with a curated wine list and thoughtfully crafted cocktails, Caldera is a nightly dinner party.
With sixty seats spread over two floors, including a private dining room, Caldera is able to accommodate groups large and small.
WINTER
During the winter Caldera serves a family style set menu that is designed to be shared and enjoyed together. We welcome families to enjoy our space, and for those under 12 years old we have a delicious kids menu to choose from.
SUMMER
During summer Caldera will serve the community an a-la-carte lunch and dinner menu and will make the most of its outdoor green space and terrace.
Please note the menu is seasonal and will vary at the chef's discretion, enabling Caldera to provide you with the best dining experience possible.
GETTING HERE
We are a convenient 5 min drive from Hirafu town center located on route 343 (just past Lupicia).
The Hirafu Free Village Shuttle bus stops directly in front of the restaurant for convenient pick up and drop offs.
PARKING
Caldera has parking lots situated behind and beside the restaurant with enough spaces for more than 20 vehicles.
