Caldera, located at The Orchards Niseko, is a vibrant and lively restaurant designed to bring people together. The menu made for sharing, highlights fresh, locally sourced, seasonal ingredients, a curated wine list and thoughtfully crafted cocktails - Caldera is a nightly dinner party.

With sixty seats spread over two floors, including a private dining room, Caldera is able to accommodate groups large and small.
